Who is responsible?

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, optional company, area of interest, optional message, submission date and consent record. We use these details to register your interest, understand relevant requirements and contact you about our custom digital platforms. The legal basis for these communications is your consent.

Storage and access

Registrations are stored in a server-side database provided through our website hosting infrastructure, using Cloudflare D1. Access to the lead-management area is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not sell registration data. Hosting providers process information as needed to operate the service; processing locations and international transfer safeguards depend on their applicable agreements.

Retention and withdrawal

We retain registrations while they are needed to manage this expression of interest and related communications. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time using the contact above. We will review records periodically and remove those no longer needed. No automated email is sent by this registration form.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD.

Technical protection and cookies

The form uses server-side validation, a honeypot and submission limits. For abuse prevention, a short-lived hash derived from a network identifier is stored with a request counter and expiry. No advertising or analytics trackers are added by this website. The hosting platform may use essential sign-in and security cookies.

A functional cookie remembers your selected language for up to one year.

Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential project data in the registration message.
